As a Director of Kingenta Australia Ag PTY LTD, Shaun’s role is on the company establishment, product development and commercial aspects within the day to day business of Kingenta in Australia and New Zealand.
Raised on a large farming operation in western Queensland it became clear that a career in Agriculture was going to be Shaun’s life. Educated in Goondiwindi and then the University of Queensland – Gatton College, majoring in Agriculture and Agronomy, Shaun has now been involved in commercial agriculture for over 20 years and he continues to seek out new innovative ideas/products/solutions to assist farmers maximise the returns for their hard work.
Having started the business of Kingenta in Australia, Shaun and his growing team continues to work hard to establish Kingenta’s efficiency enhanced fertiliser technology and to reach many parts of the Australian farming communities demonstrating Kingenta’s quality products, granule innovation and adaptability to many cropping segments in the Australian fertiliser market.
Shaun holds FertCare level B Accreditation.

As KGA’s Marketing and Business development manager, Jialin’s role is within the company business coordination, product logistic, handling, procurement and some commercial aspects within the day to day business of Kingenta in Australia and New Zealand.
After graduate from MONASH University in 2008, he has worked in international marketing & business development field for 10 years. Since joining Kingenta in Australia in 2017, Jialin is devoted to work with the team to establish Kingenta’s efficiency enhanced fertiliser, bring high tech & quality to benefit the farming communities.
Jialin manages the logistic chain to make sure each order will be accurate and delivered to our customer’s locations as they requested.
